I have built companies, led teams, and worked on AI in industries where being wrong is expensive. Equity research at Inderes, cybersecurity at Hoxhunt, now AI automation at PostScriptum with the teams at NestAI and Qutwo. They might look unrelated, but from the inside they run on the same thing: trust is the product, and every claim has to survive someone checking it.
Starting from the business case is instinct for me. Going deep on the technical side was never the plan, and it has mattered more than I expected: knowing how the technology actually works, where its limits are, and what that makes possible keeps opening up avenues the business case would never have thought to ask for. So I stay close to the build. Memory, tools, evaluation, and the harness that makes an agent trustworthy enough to leave alone with real work.
Background
MSc (Econ) in Finance from Aalto University, and a BSc in Business before it. Finance the whole way: valuation, derivatives and fixed income, financial statement analysis. Alongside it, programming, data structures and algorithms, machine learning, and software engineering.
Six companies founded or co-founded. Klikinsäästäjä for one, a 200,000-member movement against clickbait in Finnish media. Most recent side project: Viestivastaaja, AI-native and live.

Comfortable ground for a comment: AI and cybersecurity, which for me means phishing, human risk, and what trust actually costs a company. AI in capital markets, where the questions are about research, disclosure, and what regulated information looks like once a machine can produce it faster than anyone can check it.
Also AI coworkers and agentic automation, meaning persistent agents doing real work and the memory, tools, and orchestration behind them. Europe's chances in the AI race, including compute economics and why the continent is not out of it. And what happens to leadership and the org chart once agents start showing up on it.
